Terms of Nomination
Eligibility Criteria:
Nominees must hold a directorship position in a registered company, organization, or institution.
Nominations can be submitted by the nominee themselves or by a third party with the nominee’s consent.
All information provided in the nomination form must be accurate and verifiable.
Data Privacy & Confidentiality:
All personal and professional information submitted in the nomination process will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of evaluating the nomination.
MentorMyBoard is committed to safeguarding the privacy of all participants and adheres to data protection regulations. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent from the nominee.
Adherence to Ethical Standards:
All nominees and nominators are expected to adhere to the highest standards of ethical behavior and integrity throughout the nomination and evaluation process.
Any false or misleading information provided in the nomination form may result in disqualification from the awards.
Evaluation Process:
Nominations will be reviewed by a panel of independent experts and mentors based on predefined criteria, including leadership, governance, innovation, and contribution to business and societal growth.
Shortlisted candidates may be required to provide additional information or participate in an interview process to support their nomination.
Final Decision and Award Rights:
MentorMyBoard reserves the right to make the final decision on the selection of awardees based on the evaluation criteria and panel recommendations.
MentorMyBoard holds the sole discretion to modify the evaluation process, selection criteria, or number of awardees without prior notice.
The decision of MentorMyBoard regarding the final list of awardees will be binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
Nomination Fee:
A nomination fee is required to cover the administrative costs associated with the selection process and the facilitation of the awards ceremony.
Please note that these are not paid awards. The nomination fee is solely for the purpose of supporting the evaluation process and organizing the awards event. It does not influence the selection of awardees in any manner.
Use of Information:
By submitting a nomination, the nominee and nominator grant MentorMyBoard the right to use their names, profiles, and other non-confidential information for promotional and marketing purposes related to the awards.
Withdrawal of Nominations:
Nominations may be withdrawn by the nominee or nominator at any time before the announcement of the final list of awardees by providing a written request to MentorMyBoard but nomination fees will be non-refundable.
Disqualification:
MentorMyBoard reserves the right to disqualify any nomination at any stage if it finds that the nominee or nominator has violated any of the terms and conditions, provided false information, or engaged in any unethical conduct.
Amendments to Terms & Conditions:
MentorMyBoard reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the nominees and nominators as applicable.
Acceptance of Terms:
By submitting a nomination, the nominee and nominator agree to abide by these terms and conditions and acknowledge that the decision of MentorMyBoard is final and binding.
